A first generation entrepreneur, Mr. J.D. Solomon is the Founder and Managing Director of LIORA, Building Projects LLP. He is an alumnus of Loyola College, Chennai and has been a precision sports athlete during his college and schools days, and brings the same level of dedication, passion and a winning spirit onto everything that is part of the organisation. He started his career within the real estate industry and set out to be an entrepreneur in the year 2015 with Blessing Lifespaces, a Proprietary firm.
His first project being a residential apartment on the OMR in 2016, followed by the development of a prime commercial plot in OMR as well, and from thereon the journey has been onward and upward. With a successful growth path, the firm has now transitioned into a larger entity, LIORA Building Projects LLP. With the vision of delivering superior quality homes and commercial spaces, LIORA is set out to grow in foundation and strength to a turnover of 3000 Cr in the next ten years.
